Please leave a brief message advising me of when would be a good time to call you back and what your availability is.
When you make your first appointment, I will send an email confirmation which includes all the required information and some other useful information about your first session. Thereafter I will send reminder texts the day before for face to face and telephone appointments and for the online counselling you will receive the session invite email.

It is approximately a 3 minute walk from Union Street so extremely central.
